Home Yoga aka Club Zen

This a time lapse video of my fiance and I practicing yoga in our living room. Both of us are pretty fit and active and we decided to not let home confinement stop us in our physical activities. We practice a vinyasa style yoga as soon as we wake up and before we both head off to our "work offices". Yoga has helped both of us through some difficult times in our lives and it's no different now. Breathing deeply, moving our bodies, staying present - these are all things helping us cope with this very difficult and scary time.
